The sales person was very knowledgeable about local birds and trends. She explained a lot of products and had good recommendations.

Simon is an amazing person. This was the first time in the store after starting this new hobby and her kindness and lighthearted personality made our visit so personalized. Made both me and my boyfriend so happy that someone was just as enthusiastic about bird feeding as we were. Simon took time to tell us about each of the products we bought and what birds it may attract. Because of her, we will absolutely be back for whatever else we need to continue feeding our neighborhood birds. Give that girl a raise!! She is such a keeper in a world where finding good workers is near impossible. Thank you!

Simon was very helpful to us. I brought my mother in the franchise for the first time. She is from Louisiana where I moved from a year ago. She spoke with Simon about her concerns with feeding the birds. Simon was very informative and gave my mother a good explanation of what will make her bird feeding experience better. She was also very friendly in conversing with my mother and my mother complimented her that she was the perfect person to work in this store. She also offered a gift to my mother for her birthday which was that same day we made this purchase. We were very please with the experience we received and I will continue to come to this store for future purchases. Great staff and always friendly during visits.

Simon helped me and she was friendly, interested, and informed. She listened to my description of where I was putting the feeders and made useful suggestions. I asked her to walk me through the store so I could understand the options and she was so patient with my questions. Her enthusiasm is infectious - I bought four feeders with different feed. More than 2 weeks later I feel like these were the perfect items to start with. I was so pleased I went back the next week and she helped me again to buy a few more items ( I can't find that receipt). Simon is just a delight to work with and her customer service is excellent!
