Great customer care, always friendly and helpful when I have questions. This is part of the reason I keep buying products from this store year after year.

The very kind people at WBU/Fayetteville have always been so good to work with! I swore off big box stores at the beginning of the pandemic, and decided to business with stores like this one. Ya can't beat their service and reliability. Plus, WBU bird seed/suet, etc. have increased bird traffic in my yard tremendously. I couldn't be any more pleased!!!!!

I shop at this store often. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. One staff member just started working this week, but she was still helpful and tried finding an item for me (neither of us found it).
