Our experience with Wild Birds Unlimited employees are always pleasant. They take their time with each customer recommending products or answering customer questions. The story is always clean, staff friendly and product is always available.

I was the only person in the store. Clerk was very helpful and respectful of Covid19 distancing. I felt safe.

Due to some questions we had and not knowing exactly when (or if) we'd be able to be by the store when we were out doing errands, we called from our car when we arrived at the store. Questions were answered quickly, merchandise was available, and was brought to our car. All worked out great -- and the birds are happy with their new food!

The employee knew exactly what I wanted. At first he couldn’t locate the particular size product I wanted but with further searching, he was able to locate it. It was all a very positive experience!

It was easy to use the website to shop online. The order was filled quickly, and it was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the fact that I was able to pick up my order curbside, and it was delivered to my car by a very polite employee who was wearing a mask for our protection.
