I think prices have gone up significantly. Hard to understandcsuch a drastic hike. I also used to treat WBU as a gift store & I feel the selection has decreased.

Took longer than expected to be delivered

Have not been able to purchase the bird seed No mess blend for the 4th consecutive trip

I was charged 74.99 for an item marked 56.99 that I was told cost 56.99.

I think it is somewhat over priced

It wasn't the staff. It was the crummy gift when I renewed our annual membership. Part of what we expect is that you know birds and what impacts them. The TOTALLY OPEN "SPIKE" ALLOWED THE PEPPERED SEED BLOCK TO BE TOTALLY DISTROYED WITHIN AN HOUR. I used an old smaller feeder to use the second block. SO....did you give us the " FREE" gift because you couldn't sell any or did you just not know that it was junk???

I was satisfied . To be highly satisfied i would have found more interesting feeders that are well designed for filling and cleaning, and squirrel resistant. (Not squirrel chewable for example.)

An item I wanted was not available online & I feel that your prices are rather high.

The price seems steep. Especially for the bird feed. and the feeders also seem expensive for what you get.

We have peanut feeder that has now been repaired twice. I told the store manager it will fail again and his comment was at some point we need to talk about the death of this feeder. We bought this very expensive feeder because it has a life time guarantee!! He kind of fumbled around and then said he would have to check into it when if fails again. Stand up and meet the guarantee!!! This feeder has issues that should be corrected not just putting larger screws into the failing parts!!!
