Feed recommended by attendant is not doing very well. Not attracting any birds, been hanging for over a week.

Prices to high for what you get and much in pole selections to hang feeders

All products purchased were not given to me. They had my phone number but didn’t call me. I could have gone right back to get it. But had to make another trip 2 days later to get it. Also, there was an adapter that my pole system needed for Bird Buddy install that I wasn’t told about. And, installer was supposed to contact me that day or the next. When I went back the third day to pick up piece they forgot to give me, they were able to get installer on the phone but he couldn’t do it for at least a week. I ended up successfully installing it myself but the Bird Buddy has yet to work. I’m following all the BB complaints on FB and am trying to fix it myself. Still nothing.

Prices were high. One bag of bird food had bugs in it.

Fiery Feast mixed seed continues to be out of stock.I was charged a wrong price for a product (price tag said one thing, charged $2.00 more but was resolved once I brought it up. Also instead of a buy 1 get 1, I was charged 1/2 price on second item and had to be refunded.

I came in to shop due to an advertised $10 off for teachers that was advertised on facebook. I was told the teacher discount was 5%.

I miss Simon. She was so friendly and welcoming. The new lady tries, but isn't warm or friendly. She is very slow.

When I went in to buy a very specific type of bird food and it was out of stock, and it seems to be out of stock every time I go in. The salesman always points to a different kind, saying that it is just as good, but I have tried it and the birds won't touch it. The store was out of several things that I shop specifically for, so it is very frustrating.

I love this store. It's well stocked and Lauren is always helpful and kind.
