Products and friendliness of staff

Lauren has always been so personable and knowledgeable about birds and the products in the store. We come to Wild Birds for the quality and affordability of the bird seed and suet tubes. I wish the birdhouses and feeders were more affordable.

The most important thing I like is that the staff is very knowledgeable. We became members about a year ago and each time I visit I learn something about the birds coming to the feeders I purchased at WBU. This visit I learned about the birds I am seeing who are migrating—hence a great number of nuthatches. I now have three WBU feeders and am buying them for my adult kids who live nearby. We live in an urban forest
