Courteous knowledgeable staff ,excellent product selection, shelf and peg integrity were spot on. Cleanliness was amazing, go to Lowe’s and check out there bird seed area, moths everywhere and NASTY…..!

My first visit and I was impressed by friendliness of staff, breadth of selection, and pleasing appearance of the store.

The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable, and helped us troubleshoot some problems we were having with a feeder we got elsewhere. She explained the modular system to us and told us about a sale on it- we were sold! We’re so happy with it already, and look forward to adding accessories to it.

My 12 year old is a bird enthusiast. The workers at our local store remembered me and her after our first visit and always greet us and help us with her numerous questions. I love this store so much!

The lady that help was very interested my birding interest and suggested serval ideas - along with attending the seminars at the facility - which due to her honest interest and explanation - I will look into attending some seminars at the facility. The quality of the feed is well demonstrated by the new birds I have been able to attract to the new feeder along with my other WBU Feeders - she was extremely helpful.
