Quality of merchandise is good. Birds like WBL seeds more than big box seeds. Pole systems very adaptable. Their instore dog is cute.

We were looking for a bird house as a gift, and even though the exact product that we wanted is no longer available, the staff took our name and information just in case they found what we wanted. We received a message that same day that they had found exactly what we wanted.
