I have come into the store twice for bird feed so far, and Emily has helped me both times. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, as is the whole staff. My local birds have really enjoyed the seed that we got, and my son loves watching them.

The store has a good system of membership/point accumulation and we had rec'd a store discount coupon = both positive experiences. 2 staff members were on hand and they were both very attentive, available and helpful, providing helpful info toward selecting bird food and other items.
