Not as many copper finished items as others. I bought a copper bird feeder but probably would have purchased a copper suet feeder had there been one. Not a huge issue at all. I was highly impressed with Taylor (?). She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

Looking for something new in feeders and it’s always the same ones

First, I only spend 20% of my time in Athens. Second I am a senior and use my phone rarely for couponing. Based on the 2 statements above, I feel like I do not get the discounts I need because they have expired when I am there or I can’t get them accessed. I mentioned this briefly when there and the only special available was something I was not interested in. I want to purchase from small businesses, but now that Wal Mart Carrie’s “cayenne seed” the price difference is large for somewhat comparable products. I want to continue shopping with you , but when there is a 5,10 or 15% discount I want to be able to use it. Help me figure this out.

The bird bath was chipped. a significant chip. I did not see it in the store because it behind other bird baths. The gentleman who brought it out to the car and loaded it. he did not tell us about the chip. I really think that he could have told us. I may have bought it or may not have. It was $100. I boought the one that was out in the store. Maybe because of the chip; he could have given me one that was in the back. if not, he could have offered me a small discount of 5% off or something. The store is nice. The service was good. That should have been brought to my attention. I won't shop there anymore.

I am homebound. I was unable to see Prices since I am a beginner. I can not go to store . I finally had to buy from Amazon since I could see prices. I loved the book and Learned a lot. I am 84 and need a catalog if I can continue with the wonderful birds. Thank you
