I like your store and the person who helped me was very cordial. The store is well stocked with everything and I enjoy browsing. I enjoy your ads on the radio and am interested in any Bird Walks that you might be sponsoring.

Some prices were on the high side.

There were 3 other customers in the store when we went in. Owners/workers did not greet or acknowledge us although we drove from Greensboro to Athens for a purchase.

Missed a little extra friendlyness

Last visit, after I had decided what to get, tried to "upsell "me. One of his reasons was incorrect.

It’s minor but I think I should have gotten another 5% off since seed was on sale. Really not important

I ordered on line and received the items correctly, but i did not get shipping confirmation in advance. I, and my feathered friends, love the new feeder pole.
