First of all, it was impossible using the web site to place my order at the store closest to where I live. Automatically, the order was changed to a different store, other than my preferred store where I wished to buy the product. Then, I never received the item. It was never delivered. I received a tracking notice, but no update. The store from which it was supposed to be sent is 54 miles away. It has been four days, and still no delivery or notice from WBU. My birds are hungry; I have nothing to feed them because they do not eat seed. I am frustrated and disappointed at the difficulty using the online site and its apparent refusal to allow me to shop at the store of my choice. I will recommend to my Bluebird Society Facebook page NOT to order from WBU for delivery, which is crucial in this time of covid.

I was shopping with my three young children (7,5,5). My 5 year old son had to go to the bathroom (urgent) and they said they didn't have a public bathroom. Actually said the public bathroom was next door in Dunkin. That is just as much public as one should be in their shop. I own several businesses and having a restroom for your clients (and not sending them to another store) is a minimum requirement for good customer service. Especially since we were paying customers and on loyalty plan! If I didn't promise my kids more of a certain type of seed, I would have left since we were still in line and he really needed to go. I wouldn't have come back to complete my purchase. There was a young lady that was trying to be nice and say that the bathroom was blocked. Another employee stopped her to correct her by saying "No, the public bathroom is next door."

I went to use a coupon on the last day it was valid but the store was out of the item. The coupon did say “as long as items are available “ therefore I don’t hold the store responsible. I was just disappointed that I had made a special trip. The employee did inform me that I could order online next time and they would hold it for pickup within a couple of days.

I have not received. FedEx does not show tracking or that they have received, when I ask their virtual assistant they suggest I contact the shipper, so I ask you, where is my shipment????
