The products were shipped and delivered in a timely manner. In addition, after I placed the order, I called the store to let them know the items ordered were a gift. They made sure to not place invoice in the box and to include a not for the recipient explaining from whom the gift came. I also received in the mail my free gift for renewing my membership. That was a very wonderful surprise.
