The staff was extremely helpful while assisting me with picking a bird seed for my living situation and goals. There was also a small issue with a crack in one of the plastic feeders I bought, but they handled it so well it hardly felt like an issue at all. Some of the products are priced higher than at other locations, but it's more than worth the price when you know the products are backed by the store and the service itself is so helpful. Beyond just the instore experience, I have been loving the local, seasonal, bird information! It has really helped me up my feeder setup at home.
