It's a fun store to shop in. We were there on a very busy day so completely understand why the checkout was slow. No complaints here.

The store is always clean and easy to walk through. I knew waht I wanted (birdseed) but also had a question about a bird ID. I showed the picture to the young woman at the counter and she was able to identify it. I appreciate the store and the products, but mostly the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.

It is so much fun to go into the store. Friendly staff, beautiful merchandise, great selections, etc. I look forward to going to your store, just to pick up bird food. It makes me smile. Always a feel good moment.
