In and out service, hardly had to wait at all

It is always a fun experience to shop at WBU in Athens. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is one of my favorite places. This time I ordered over the phone because I had covid and my daughter was picking up for me.

The delivery was fast and I received what I ordered.

I like the premium waste-free seed blend. The checkout process was quick.

They ALWAYS talk with me about birds at feeders - both tell me fun, useful info and ask me about my experiences.

I've purchased bird seed from the grocery store and other stores but the quality of the seed isn't the same. The seed I purchased at Wild Birds Unlimited, looked cleaner too. The birds (at my house, at least) really like this seed combination. I always sprinkle a little on the ground too and the squirrels and chipmunks like it too!

So many products to choose from. Had a lovely conversation with one of your knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

The products are really top-notch. The owners are unsparing of attention to every question I had. The store itself is laid out very well and the products are very clearly displayed for direct examination, touching, understanding.
