I called to order and within 25 minutes I picked up my order curbside. Great job!

Had searched for purchased product at other "general merchandise" stores. Was unable to locate satisfactory substitute and other stores did not carry manufactures product. Wild Birds Unlimited had exactly what I was looking for.

It was easy and convenient. The products are always superior.

the clerk (Thom) was on the phone when i approched the counter to check out and he politely ask the person on the phone to please give him just a second as to acknowledge me and to ask another clerk to help the guest behind me. thank you

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the items. If there is a question about an item in the store and they don't know the answer, they will look it up on the internet while you are still shopping. All the staff members are very friendly and know each customer by name. That means a lot !!!! Love all the different items you have around the holidays - very unique gifts!

Josiah was very helpful in demonstrating various feeders and pole systems. It's ALWAYS a pleasant experience at this WBU store.
