Josiah was able to show me how to correct the function of my pole feeder, recommend a new part so that the raccoon couldn’t get to it, and best of all he identified two birds that I’d taken pictures of that I wasn’t sure what they were: Baby blue birds that hadn’t molted their baby feathers and a red shouldered hawk.

This is my favorite store, Most of the time, I go in for my seed, and end up buying other things as well... I love the extra merchandise that is always in stock.

I could actually go in the store without a mask. I work in the medical field wash your hands and dont touch your face. I found exactly what I was looking for right off the bat. Cat was AWESOME!!! She gave us pointers on the humming birds, information about additional products I would probably need other than the feeders, which I purchased. (Although, just an opinion, it may not be typical business practice to have a "cat" in your bird store!!! Ha! I'm sure you guys have NEVER heard that!!! The hand painted feeders were beautiful!!!!! I truly loved the fact that ALL of the products I purchased were made right here in America! THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gary was especially helpful. We loved the variety of items available. The store was very clean and the staff practiced the necessary guidelines for safety.

Ordering and pickup were both seamless, quick, and extra information was given that was both educational and helpful. Pickup in the store provided me the opportunity to meet the newly hired assistant store manager, a delightful experience. The ordered product was waiting for me, not me waiting for it!!

This store is unique. Merchandise is displayed nicely. Staff is very knowledgeable.

The knowledge of the seeds and the seeds to attract the birds that you would like to see in your yard was amazing. Very helpful. Learned some very interesting things while I was shopping.

The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Low turnover on associates equates to a more personal experience since the gentleman that helped me was the one who set up my membership when my wife purchased it last year. Wide selection to attract all sorts of birds and small creatures!
