They are always helpful and well educated in the many requests in all specific situations. Friendly, but not overly so as the customer doesNOT feel pressured to buy something that don’t need, or want. They are quite professional about it all.

I met Susan at my job at Kroger. She wasn’t there, but Cat took extra time to answer all my questions in detail, explained her answers, and even showed me the picture of Susan’s bird feeders. This is exciting to know I have so many options! I’m trying the food Cat suggested in one of my feeders. The other employee was busy getting orders ready and Cat thanked him. What great teamwork! Thank you!

It's so nice to see the purchase packed so nicely with little recyclable bows tied to the handle of the paper bag when you pick it up curbside. I was notified right away that it was available for pick up and it was there when I arrived. A very efficient system during a difficult time for a lot of stores and customers.

Birds Unlimited store has a great selection of items! The store is aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable! My sales associate answered my questions abt attracting rare birds with different types of bird food-just a great conversation. I loved being in the shop and did not want to leave!
