For same reasons listed previously— sales people friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, quality products. Very pleased with the hot pepper products because it truly deters squirrels from eating the food! Wish the prices were not so outrageous!

I love this store!! I’ve had this new hobby a couple of year now & know that when I come to the WBU store they are always friendly, knowledgeable & even help me to my car with my purchases .

The staff members helped me to pick out the correct pole to mount my feeders on. They were extremely kind, and when I had a question about where to find certain squirrel proof feeders, they were happy to help and they showed me where they were located in the store as well as discussing different squirrel-proofing measures. Then the cashier helped me to get set up with a membership card, so now I can save on my future purchases!
