Both during my pre-visit phone call and during my visit, staff members were very attentive, helpful, and interested in my needs. Thanks to their help, I left with the products I needed (a hanging bird bath, two hummingbird feeders, and miscellaneous supplies. Also, Josiah took time to look at a photo of a bird nest, review a website article I'd found, and find and show me information about the nests of red-eyed and white-eyed vireos. We were trying to determine whether the nest I'd found in our yard is a hummingbird nest or a vireo nest. Still no sign of any occupants yet, so I'm not certain, but I'm still excited either way. Thank you!

Beautiful merchandise. The birdseed is the best, with little or no waste, and no mess. And the staff is well versed and knowledgable, as well as friendly and always happy to see me. They even remember my name!
