I got all the information I needed to make a decision on pole system. New customer, specifically looking for no mess seeds. And of course, how could I forget to mention being greeted as soon as put one foot in the door by Duchess the Dachshund, before staff even had a chance to say hi! I'll be regular customer.

very friendly staff, knowledgable and low pressure listened to what I wanted and why. gave me some suggestions without pressure to spend more. then let me browse without interruption. So I bought more then I wanted..LLOL. My birds will be happy happy. Will be back. and have recommended them to friends and neighbors

The people working in the store were so friendly and so helpful. I was shown many options for a bluebird house, a pole, food and even shown a small book of bluebird information. I definitely would not have purchased the booklet if I had just been shopping without any help. I enjoyed the interest and attention I received. You've got some good people!!

People are happy there and clerks know what they're talking about. It is a good atmosphere.
