Just love the store. Has such a nice variety of things and everybody is so friendly.

Lorraine is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me advice when I asked and also let me be when I was shopping. The store was well stocked with new merchandise. Having said that it's been a few months since I've been in the store - I was very pleasantly surprised with the changes, the rearrangement and the new merchandise.

I always look forward to shopping here. The staff is always friendly and engaging. They are knowledgeable about their products and birds.

Excellent customer service

I would be helpful if the Large tube (5 lb) of 'Hot' suet showed on the store's website along with the smaller tube.

I personally know the clerk... Barbara Fleming Lord... as I went to school with her... she is very helpful with ideas, knowledge of the products etc...
