The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to share their expertise and help carry my purchases out to the car. The atmosphere is friendly and caring. I always enjoy shopping here. Also, the products are excellent and high quality. The birds are happy and so am I.

We went to the store to see if a item we wanted had come in yet. It hadn't arrived and in explaining what we wanted to Doug he showed another item that would work for our feeder. Unfortunately the hardware was missing from the box. Doug took time to look for the missing hardware but couldn't find it. He really went out of his way to help us. We had him order another one for us.

When I have questions the staff are always willing to discuss and share information. The store keeps its customers informed of up coming events.. I really like the new "look" of the remodeled store, easier to locate items.

I have shopped at this store many times and they have always been very helpful. They let me know of new products. When I come in I'm always greeted and asked if I have any questions or need help. They always carry my seed out to the car. Super nice and very clean store!!!
