Highly Satisfied implies perfection, and perfection simply does not exist in the real world when it involves humans.

I was unsure of how the discount works. I’m not sure i was given me enough discount. This is a cashier that I have never seen in the store before and so I kept my receipt so that when I’m in the store if there’s someone like Carrie, or Amber or the owner, I will pursue that question then.

Prices are high, not a lot of intriguing or creative merchandise.

the hanger on our birdfeeder broke, this is the 2nd time it has happened. Last time, they replaced it w/out charge - saying they had never seen this happen before. This time, I had to buy a replacement part. The clerk said "this happens all the time". I was taken aback by this comment - seems if it happens all the time, you should explore the quality of the hanger. It was less than $5 and she did install it for me which is nice. I was just very surprised that something that is known to " happen all the time" would not be corrected by you.

Very easy to shop, people are friendly and knowledgeable.
