I almost never give very top ratings. So it is clear that this particular store I think is very good overall.

Cashier was the problem. Usually I give my address and staff looks up my account and checks me out. This person asked for address, how I spell last name, what my first name was and spelling and then asked for compete address AGAIN. Once I gave it to her a second time she asked for my name again. By this time I felt as if she was trying to be difficult. If she was new, then she should have had someone training her.

shopped at 5 different stores looking for a small solar powered bird bath fountain, I really wanted to buy local and I thought for sure that Wild Birds Unlimited would have more of a selection of solar water pumps but they had one. Only one fountain pump for a bird bath in a store that caters to bird lovers. I don't get it. This is why people shop on Amazon and have it delivered the next day. Not my first choice but my ONLY choice.

I am so sick of face diaper requirements. It's bad enough our feckless governor illegally ordered people to wear them, but now that the illegal rule has been discontinued, why is this store continuing to insist on wearing them? They don't work, they stunt human interaction and frankly they are borderline evil. People look like drones and they sound like Charlie Brown parents while wearing the stupid things. I will no longer wear them, so you are forcing your employees to do curbside what could be done in the store. And if you continue to require them, I will likely just get my birdseed at Speck's where there is no requirement. Get over the "pandemic" and get rid of the face diaper requirement. Thank you.

I’m upset that I spent approx $125 and not knowing there was a local free coupon for $ off a certain amount off a purchase. I am a member and this just really ticks me off. I’m laying in bed so I can give you specifics but I think it was $15 off a $100 purchase!!!

Out of the hanger inventory that I needed for my purchases feeders . Have to make another trip back to the store for them - once they’re in .

Most of the feeders are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I have had 2 feeders break and I am told every time that - of course those feeders do not have a warranty. So evidently the store can pick and choose what feeders have warranties.
