Assistant manager, why can't I remember her name??!!, was very helpful. Lovely store. I had never been in before, and will be back. Great experience. Signed up for your rewards program....that's how much I liked it!!

The staff are always welcoming! They take time with each customer. Really very impressive considering the world today.

The staff and owner (if there) always greet me by name. I feel like family. They take time to talk about birds, family, dogs…etc. they never make me feel rushed and are highly knowledgeable on their products.
