All staff knows me by name. They know all about my birds. Sometimes, I share pictures with them. These staff members always go above and beyond.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice selection of merchandise. Plus they carry the bird seed bags out to the car for me which is helpful as I have a bad back.
