I always love visiting the store in Avon! We drive about an hour to buy our bird supplies here and they are awesome! Always extremely helpful and friendly!

The managers/employees at the Avon store are always friendly and helpful. They have personally made several deliveries to our home even though we live ~40 minutes from the store. Excellent customer service!

My order was delivered the same day I ordered it which was amazing! The delivery person also texted to confirm delivery location. I have had previous orders delivered as well and am always satisfied!

The staff always is super nice, & call me by name. They listen while I talk about my birds, & seem truly interested in me! They go out of the way to help me find anything I need!! Favorite store ever!!💕
