Efficient . My order was for 4 large bags (20lbs each)of bird seed and was left outside as expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. ordering by phone was very easy. Products were high quality and delivered on time.

I had called earlier in the day to be sure the bird house was available and to ask about mounting it onto our bird pole and was given instructions and information on the device we needed to attach to the house.

Since we are experiencing stay-in b/c covid-19, we called in our order and it was set outside the door with our name and receipt on it. Extremely convenient and safe for all. I also like the fact that what we purchase is in their system so we don't have to guess each time we need feed.

Quality of product and the different items in the store. I try different bird items when a display for the season is set up. ie Baltimore Orioles- how to attract and when to attract. Love the silver forest jewelry etc.

Always some of the nicest most helpful people working in this particular store. Makes me feel like a very valued customer.

I went during a time where social distancing due to covid-19 was encouraged. I was told the credit card stylus was wiped down after each customer. The staff maintained a socially appropriate distance. They were super friendly!
