Judy made me feel right at home. 2 she was very knowledgeable about my older products, which seeds went into which feeders, repair parts, and which feed was least likely to be eaten by squirrels. She cordially invited me back and gave me a gift.

The cashier was very cordial, was able to help with my purchase. As we talked, I asked about what turned out to be a Great Blue Heron that was coming to the lake at The Cypress. The photo that I had seen was not very clear, and I was trying to identify this "large white bird". She gave me the name of someone in Wake Forest that photographs birds and shows them on the Wake Forest Community website. That evening I saw a friend who is an experienced birder and she looked at the photo and pointed out that there was a small black streak on its head and the black shoulders were a give away that it was an adult Great Blue Heron. Bird watching is such fun!

one of the products I normally get wasn't on the self so I asked the person in the store if there was any of it in the back. She brought out what I needed and filled the shelf up.
