Minor problem with membership, because I was entered in the computer under 2 names. Easily resolved.

Knowledge of staff. Friendliness of staff. Availability of products.

Probably my favorite store. Love to look around and see what's new. I can ask questions about what will work best for me personally and know they would not make a sale than to sell me something I don't need or can't use successfully. Great staff!

The store us organized very well - I am always able to find what I need. The staff are always friendly and recognize me, some even know my name. They are always able to answer my questions and are excited to talk about birds, etc. If there is time.

We just moved here and wanted/needed to set up a bird feeder system for our new home and found the store via apple maps and popped right in ! The advice and help from the store staff was excellent ! We already have birds !
