I have been going to the store for about 8 years. It was always fully stock with everything you needed. There was not a lot to choose from. I think Covid May have something to do with what I considered low stock. I will continue to go back for supplies.

Bird food is a bit pricey but the store felt safe and the staff was friendly.

I didn't indicate that I wanted dryed meal worms. And so, when I opened the bag at home, I was greeted with live worms! That was my goof and it cost considerably more. :)

Took a long time - hours! - to get through on the phone, and could not find online ordering for this location. Otherwise, my birds are now very happy!

New store layout very bright, clean, neat, but somehow not engaging. Prices are astronomical for, well, birdseed. If I could find another source, I would.

Highly satisfied is like a perfect experience. It doesn’t happen very often. Nothing made this visit perfect. I was satisfied and that should be good enough for you.

Terrible time to do a survey when your store in in disarray due to remodeling.

The clerk did not listen to me about my return. Instead she repeatedly told me the pieces were sold separately and I could not return it. Called owner who approved a new product.

Overall the store is dull compared to other WBU stores I’ve shopped. And the staff doesn’t know their merchandise. Product selection is weak.
