Problem with feeder recently purchased. WB does not handle that. Have to go back to manufacturer. Not a good solution in my opinion.

My husband went in to purchase seed for me for Christmas. We have purchased from Wild Birds for years and for a long time have purchased the No Mess No Millet and are definitely in your system showing our purchases. He told the staff he wanted the no millet and one of the staff rang him up and another staff member picked up two bags and carried them to the car. The one staff member mentioned that you recommend the supreme and he thought that after looking in the system that he was sold what we had always gotten. When he brought them in the house on Christmas, I mentioned that was not what we usually bought. I have kept the seed and am using it but am very disappointed that he was not sold what we normally get. It should have been very easy to give him the right seed. I have no idea why they would intentionally sell us a type of seed that had not purchased in the past. I get unhappy every time I fill the feeders and there are sunflower hulls all over the place.

The feeder I was looking for the squirrel buster was not in the store and the person in the store didn’t know anything about it I know you once carried it it since I remember buying it from you Also I know the squirrel buster since I first saw one at a friends house In Hanover MA and they brought it at a Wild Birds store near bye
