Coming in, I was greeted by helpful staff who enthusiastically answered all my questions and provided me with several options and products available to reach my desired goals for my hobby. I left the store with a better understanding and renewed vision for my future projects.

I live in Charlotte NC but I order products from the Gambrils store for my son and daughter-in-law who live in the area. The staff is always helpful arranging for my son to pick up orders in my name. My order is always ready as promised. I actually got to see the store when I went to visit last Christmas. The owner carried the items to my car and was super friendly. It is a pleasure to shop with them. When I call to ask about products, they take the time to go into detail.
