Selection of seeds for specific species is great - so much better than just black oiled sunflower seeds. Bird feeder selection is great too.

You are close by. You have a big variety of items. Things are easy to find. As soon as a customer is inside, I'm often asked if I need help. That's really not necessary at that point. After I find what I'm looking for, then I might need help to have my question answered. Another concern I have is that the prices just seem so high. I couldn't understand why the plastic cover to protect the feeders was so much money, along with other items. But I bought two of them anyway years ago, and they are cloudy, not shiny, but they work! One recent thing I'm noticing is how there seem to be more good deals and more rewards for me if I spend money!!! That's very nice, very nice.

I always encounter a friendly knowledgeable sales person. Kate is lovely and has helped me to grow my enthusiasm for birding. The feed and equipment are top notch in quality! I will be returning many times over!!

They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell in the store. Very friendly and helpful when I need it. They have a great selection of feeders and birdbaths and all that go with them to keep them clean.
