Very helpful staff. Very appealing store, nice displays, great mdse. Unfortunately it’s a little far from us but we should not have to visit more than monthly and we have the option of on-line ordering and delivery. We joined their discount program, which is very worthwhile.

I had been looking for a bird center for a while now and when I was in Waugh Chapel running another errand, I decided to stop in at the Wild Birds Unlimited Shop. Katherine was very helpful, cordial and encouraging for coming in again. She was able to explain what product I should consider when I told her what I was looking for.

Very friendly and knowlegable owner and staff. This store goes above and beyond to support customers. They standby Wild Bird Store products and will order products that I want but that they do not carry.
