Owner Kate was lovely to chat with and provided excellent service. We walked into the store to browse while we were strolling through the shopping center after a big meal. Kate struck up a conversation as we were looking at hummingbird feeders and shared some information that will help us create a better environment for them. We left with a new feeder. She gave us a bonus little container of suet (? I think that's what it is) to spread on our trees for the woodpecker family in our woods.

Professional staff, understood my problem and had a solution. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner who had an invested interest in making sure my needs were met.
