The spring in my squirrel proof bird feeder was not working properly. The guy (didn't catch his name) took it apart and fixed it! Not only did he fix the spring but he noticed another part that needed repair and fixed that too! I arrived at the store at 3:50 on Sunday 10 minutes before close. I thought closing was at 5pm. He didn't mind staying and doing the repair for me!

The store had what I was looking for.

They had the product I wanted available. I was in & out in just a few minutes.

I was able to get exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable cost. The store location is very convenient for me, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Kate was so welcoming on the phone right from the start of our phone conversation. She explained the differences in the bird food products I was looking at to purchase. When I was ready to order, Kate explained the triple points weekend so I reordered my membership. Curbside pick-up was a great experience. When I got my order home, I was extremely pleased with the products that I purchased. Now I am enjoying watching the birds and their antics as they eat the birdseed.
