I called the store to verify that an emailed coupon was not for "online" use only, as I was having an issue applying it there. After verifying hours, I drove to the store and the item I had been trying to order was On Hold for me, without my asking, just because it was the last one in stock and she didn't want me to miss it. That was very considerate and "Great" customer service.
