The owner, the staff and the store are always a pleasure to visit with. I have been going there for years and the quality of product combined with the quality of service have been outstanding.

Phone order to take advantage of the 20% off coupon. Took over phone, picked up in 5 days due to weather. We talked about different bird issues.

I have WBU merchandise that I estimate to be approx 20 years old and it’s still in good condition. The one or 2 occasions when I did have a problem my (former) local store was able to resolve it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This most recent visit, to my “new” store (after a long distance move) reassured me that the quality and excellent customer service has not changed over the years.

The high quality of the seed available. I switched over to Ace Hardware to get seed for a while and the quality was just not the same.
