The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was unsure about a product and was given information to make my decision easier. They’re also very conscientious about safety due to the pandemic and I’m extremely grateful for that! This Gambrills Store is Great and I Highly Recommend it!

Staff was helpful and knowledgable of merchandise. Also, staff assisted with putting items in car (some were rather heavy). Very clean store and well organized. I found everything I needed right away.

The person working knew told me that I was having my bird seed was getting stuck because cranberries get stuck in high humidity. This had been driving me crazy! Also, I accidentally bought the wrong size mounting piece and the exchange was so easy!!!

I love this store, and feel fortunate that we have this resource in Gambrills. The staff is helpful and polite. I didn't need help this visit, but I have received good advice on previous visits. The birdhouses and feeders and birdbaths, that I've purchased have all been of very good quality. The birds (and squirrels) in my yard love them.

Love this store! Service is great and the owner and staff are always very helpful. Great for gifts as well as taking care of our favorite wildlife.

The stores are clean and the staff are all wearing masks (hand sanitizer also available). I always find what I need and if I'm just going to browse, I can always find something new and exciting to buy. The staff is friendly and asked right away if I needed help or had questions.

We love your store. The products are high quality, with a good variety of the types of bird food we prefer. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was pleased with the ‘social distancing’ measures in place, and appreciated that the staff member who assisted me was wearing his mask covering both his nose and his mouth. (I have been surprised at how difficult that concept seems to be for too many people.)
