Actually I came in to bring my feeder for repair. The reception I got was courteous, friendly and perfect. This person knows her store! I also thought of getting my favorite seed, because I am running low....I usually buy in quantity during a sale, and don’t think about it. So I decided to pick up a bag.

The store was clean and well organized. I appreciated that there were brochures/leaflets with information regarding certain items for purchase. The staff was very friendly and I felt I could have comfortably asked questions if I'd had any.

One bag of food I ordered did not get put in the car. My mistake for not double checking. The missing bag of food has been tagged for me and I’ll try to get to the store before closing some time this week. As always all who work in th3 store are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was pretty much able to find what I was looking for. The prices seemed fair. I originally thought I would do curbside pick up but my order qualified for free shipping. That was nice! I was going to order from Amazon, but my daughter reminded me to shop from a local shop. The experience was good.

I had to wait a long time for one customer and her child just to get in the store. Once I got in everything went well.

Although we were still under the quarantine, I still wanted to feed the backyard birds. Wild Birds Unlimited made it easy to order over the phone and pick up the seeds and suet at the curb. There were no issues with the order and as soon as I got off the phone, the order was ready. It was loaded into my car and off I went to feed some hungry birds. Thanks for all your efforts to allow all of us to continue to feed the birds.

We were politely met at the door by a store associate who asked us to please wait as there were two other customers in the store and due to the COVID-19 protocols, no more people were allowed to be inside. He asked if we knew what we wanted and offered to have it ready for us when we came in. Excellent customer service!
