The web store is easy to navigate to find exactly what I need. The store staff is friendly and considerate, and they make an effort to get to know their customers. The pick-up area is easy to access and close to the store.

I will be very happy if the squirrel baffle that I purchased keeps the squirrels off of the feeders

On 2 consecutive days, the staff went out of the way to educate me. Over the phone, one person talked me through an Advanced Pole set up for my deck. I kept calling her back with questions. She never grew impatient.

I know the store. It has always been staffed with very nice people. Unfortunately, since this covid19 pandemic, I don't get the chance to go into the store and occaisionally get to pet the poodles.
