The shop keeper was friendly, very knowledgeable about her products and so pleasant. Did I mention that she was friendly? It was just a joy to be in the store and have a service person make you feel like you are important. That is rare these days.

Product that I was looking for was available. Packages were too heavy for me, but the store personal loaded them on a cart a wheeled them out to my car, put them in the car and I was off to my house. I especially enjoyed the store "cat" whom I visit each time I am in the store. Bless this store owner for "employing the cat who guards the seed from being eaten by the uninvited mice who invade the space.

The items I wanted were available, the employee was helpful and the checkout was quickly accomplished.

My experience was wonderful staff is knowledgeable only issue was they were out of a few things but the delivery would be the next day.

The sales staff advised us on finding satisfactory alternatives to merchandise that was out of stock.

I was able to replace a part of a bird feeder/waterer that had broken due to exposure to the elements. I was very pleased to be able to replace the broken portion, rather than buy the item again.
