The ease of finding products I wanted, ordering online and actual pick up were great!! Downside is that somewhere in the process it says you will be called when order is ready, but really you get an email. Also since there is only one phone line, I called back after I saw the guy next to me hang up... Did not want to risk leaving a message and having it get lost or not noticed.
