The selection of bird/critter food and other items is always extensive and the store is always well stocked and new products are always showing up. The staff is knowledgeable and always pleasant and always offers to carry purchases. The prices are high but I am willing to pay for the quality of the products. It is a lovely store just to browse in.

The quality of the bird seed is exceptional...I can always count on the birds and squirrels to gobble it down. Also, this is the first time that I really needed assistance it bringing the 2 bags of no mess/no millet out to the car and the associate did ask me if I needed assistance and she readily toted the two bags out to my car which I much appreciated since I had had cataract surgery a couple of days before and was not supposed to lift anything heavy. They never fail to ask and this time I did need the help...thanks a million!

Clean, easy to find the product. Checkout was fast. Person working was friendly. I will go back as I need food or for sales! The seed cylinders are great for the Winter. Thank you!

I was helped by both Zoe and a gentleman, who I think was the owner, and they were both very helpful and patient with me, as I came in unsure of exactly what I wanted. :)
