The store hours are too limited. Basically, if you have a job, you can only go on weekends if time allows. Closing at 6 pm during the week doesn't give an employed person much of a chance to shop as often as he might otherwise would. Would staying open till 7 pm kill the staff?

I was satisfied, but since I only walked in, purchased my item, and left, I did not feel it was "Highly satisfying". Not that I was disappointed, just nothing extra or special happened.

About $65 (before discounts) for 20 lbs of bird seed seems exobitant.

One little problem, at first I didn't get a discount for being a "member". The person thought I was someone else. After I clarified my name and address I got the discount.

Prices were a bit high. It would have been nice to have a greater range of items costing around $10 - $20 (ex: books, notecards, notepaper) or even less (ex: magnets). It would also have been nice if there was a selection of optics. That said, the selection of seeds and feeders was great and the service top notch!
