They are the only bird store in my area & have a great selection of products. I also love their garden flags….large selection!

The store (and perhaps all in the chain) has eliminated sunflower chips sold alone. I LIKE TO AND THEM TO THE FINCH BLEND TO INCREASE THEIR PROPORTION OR EVEN 'SERVE' THEM ALONE. MUCH OF THE THISTLE SEED JUST GOES TO WASTE.

First off, the "problem" I had was that I left my credit card in the machine and staff politely called me--that was great! Not highly satisfied is due to the store's hours, which I think are too restrictive. I can never go during the week b/c it closes at 6 pm. Seems they don't want business from people who have jobs. Weekends are busy and not always easy to get there. If they just stayed open till 7 pm, they'd probably make more sales. Never understood this.

The store no longer carries small sunflower chips separately like those used in your finch mix.

I love the Waugh Chapel store but it is on the pricy side.

I walked in. It was not a pick up!! Your staff were great. I left my card in your machine and they held the store open so I could retrieve it. I guess the dissatisfaction lies with myself and my forgetfulness. Not a fan of those types of charge machines but I understand why they are necessary. I tend not to buy on line. I probably will return. The bluebirds seem to like the mealworms!!!!8

I had purchased a large garden flag to place on a standard (larger) pole system. The salesperson said they were out of stock and would order one. The next time I came to the store the salesperson said that the flag holder I wanted is no longer carried by Wild Birds. I asked her for the flag holder that was on display and she told me that it was not for sale. So now I have a flag that I want to display and I am going to have to find an alternative flag holder. This was very disappointing. Why would you display something that is not available? No goodwill here!
