I only have one comment regarding my in store purchase...the staff is friendly but I often times feel uncomfortable in the store like I'm being watched (i.e. that I might break something, not put something back in the right place, etc.). Thank you.

The checkout was a bit confusing. There were obstacles, almost like a barrier, in front of the cash registers. Perhaps it was a covid 19 strategy. To be fair, it was the first time I have shopped inside Wild Birds Unlimited since the pandemic and perhaps I was not aware of the routine. The clerk was a bit confused, but perhaps he was still learning. In any case, he was polite and I was patient. I believe he was doing his best; so please don't take any negative action.

I had a question about my finch feeder and the fact that the seed gets stuck in the bottom of the feeder.I mentioned that I had put Feeder Fresh in the bottom and the seed was still stuck in the bottom of the feeder.I purchased the feeder fresh a while ago from your store and asked her if this product gets old and maybe that's why it isn't working and she couldn't give me an answer. So I just bought more feeder fresh from your store and will try that and see if it works.

I purchased the membership pricing online, however there was a problem with that order. It had to be cancelled and reordered. No matter how many times I ask, the member pricing does not show up on my online profile when I order online. The only way I can get it is by ordering directly through the store over the phone. Nobody seems to be able to fix this?

The people at register should tell all customers about the points they can save when "first purchasing" items from the store.

I think to characterize a shopping experience as Highly Satisfied would have required an engaging interaction or efficient/effective resolution to a problem or request. this visit involved a straightforward transaction.
